Once again we will be showing our comprehensive range of solutions for Importer Wholesalers including
X~Suite ERP, iPad Sales Presenter / Order Taker and
PSales-Rep handheld Sales Order taking.

We now have over 100 users of our iPad Sales Presenter / Order Taker worldwide.
Many of these have just downloaded the Sales Presenter app from the Apple App Store, followed the
instructions and have got up and running without any direct involvement from the Blue Alligator team. By the time Spring Fair 2012 comes
around we anticipate having 150 user companies including some market leaders that are fine-tuning their interfaces as you read this.

Building on the successful launch of our iPad Sales Presenter app in June we had a
brilliant Autumn Fair with lots of interest in not only Sales Presenter but also
PSales-Rep, our handheld order taking system and our
X~Suite back office solution.
Wholesalers of all sizes were immediately gripped by the potential time and money saving possibilities of full colour
digital catalogues with order taking on the iPad. No need for catalogues for reps and agents that are out of date by the
time they are printed. Now catalogues can be managed from head office, simply uploaded to our Cloud and from there the reps
and agents download up to date customer, products, prices and images straight onto their iPads.
Orders are taken and an acknowledgement simply emailed to the customer with a copy to head office for inputting to the back
office system. Alternatively (for a small fee) orders can be downloaded electronically in .CSV format.

this stunning app is set to revolutionise the way reps take orders on the road or at trade shows.
Blue Alligator’s Sales Presenter/Order Taker is a serious business tool for photo
catalogue
based, mobile order taking for professional sales teams and Sales Agents. Now companies can dispense with printed catalogues
(which are heavy and expensive to produce and keep up to date).
It’s a must for any company with an extensive range of products, whose reps carry catalogues to present these, need to see
accurate stock information and create orders which have many lines. With sales meetings being time critical order taking
must be interactive and fast and Sales Presenter excels in both of these.
Links to almost any main Order Processing/Stock Control system via Blue Alligator’s secure Cloud to get updates on stock,
prices and customer info onto the iPad. Companies can map their own data extracts from their back office system and update
reps iPads as often as they want (Blue Alligator can help with the interfacing if required). Only updates data fields that
have changed since the previous update (especially useful for sales reps with a capped 3G package or without Wi-fi access).
Orders are sent back to the office as PDFs for manual input, or companies can contact Blue Alligator to find out how to
automate the process and electronically upload the orders straight into their back office system.
